I have cars maxed that people have been playing for a lot time and don’t have them maxed yet and it was less expensive to go through the mod then the game

24 hour wait time and a lack of communication left a rough taste in my mouth. Associates were more communicative once they actually got around to my order.

I made a purchase almost 24 hours ago, never received an email or text message with an order #, nor is it showing up in my account. Told "Shax" this multiple times and still have not received any actual communication, I've received 2 messages both of which were to provide an order number for further help. Quite frustrating to deal with especially on a first purchase.

i just figured i would have spent $8k if i buy the same resources from the game itself 💀

I did my order, but I hadn't heard anything from it for 30h. I had to wait 30h before someone of the 'Modders' got back to me. Now, I did receive a first message that they were expecting difficulties, takes one to admit. But it didn't do justice how I needed to be alert & on m phone those 30h to always check if there was any update or if someone was waiting for approval (check how the process works to understand this). But after all, when they did get back to me, it was fine & done well. The service of completing my order was very good. I'd still recommend this, just hoping that the timing won't be as bad as I just experienced. That was not okay.
