CSR2: Player Update

Thank you to everyone who continues to take the time to give feedback and suggestions to help improve CSR2. We wanted to give you an update on our current status and progress on a few areas.
Thanks for taking part in the Player Communication Survey 📝
We received a whopping 1,300 complete surveys which were all full of great feedback for us to review. This survey and future surveys will be used to help improve how we talk to you as players, ensuring we are giving you enough information on the topics you really care about.

Over the next few months, we’re also planning to continue our work on improving our messaging around bans and will introduce ban durations, as well as outline the reason for each ban.
