Terms of Service

1. What we are

CSR2MODS is a third-party account top-up and modding service for CSR Racing 2. We are not affiliated with NaturalMotion or Zynga. CSR Racing 2™ is a trademark of NaturalMotion.

2. Store Tokens

• Store Tokens are an in-store credit, not real currency. They are not transferable outside CSR2MODS.
• Top-ups are processed via crypto (OpenNode) or manually via PayPal. PayPal top-ups require admin review (typically within 30 minutes).
• Tokens spent on products are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion (see Refund Policy).
• Unspent tokens may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days they are forfeit on a closed account.
• We reserve the right to change the token-to-USD rate. Existing balances are unaffected by rate changes.

3. Service usage

By placing an order you agree:

• You provide accurate Apple ID / Google Play credentials so we can deliver.
• You will not chargeback or dispute a successfully delivered order. Disputes will be referred to PayPal/your card issuer with full transaction logs.
• You will not resell our services without written permission.
• You understand we apply mods to your account directly; we do not distribute APKs or jailbreak tools.

4. Prohibited use

• Using stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, or stolen game accounts.
• Multiple chargebacks — your account will be permanently banned and all tokens forfeit.
• Reselling our services, scraping, or automated mass-ordering.

5. Delivery

Most orders complete within 30 minutes. Larger packages may take up to 24 hours. The SLA on each order is shown at checkout. If we miss the SLA by more than 24 hours, you may request a token refund.

6. Account safety

Our modding methods are designed to be ban-safe and undetectable. However, we cannot guarantee that NaturalMotion / Zynga will not act against any account in the future. We do not accept liability for game-account bans.

7. Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is the total amount you paid for the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate any account that violates these terms. Unspent token balances on terminated accounts are forfeit unless required to be refunded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Missouri.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or a site banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
