1. Who we are
CSR2 Mods Store is an independent service that sells store tokens, top-ups, mods, and related products for CSR Racing 2. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NaturalMotion or Zynga. CSR Racing 2 is a trademark of NaturalMotion.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may hold one account with us and are responsible for keeping your account details accurate. Accounts carry one of four roles: client, modder, support, or admin, and what you can do on the site depends on that role. Age requirements for using the store are set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. What we sell
We sell store tokens, top-ups, mods and upgrades applied to your game account, maxed-out cars, and related services. Everything we sell is digital. Mods, currency, and upgrades are applied by hand, directly on your own game account, by our team. We do not distribute software, APKs, or jailbreak tools for you to run yourself.
4. Store tokens
- Store tokens are our in-store credit. One token equals one U.S. cent.
- The minimum checkout amount is $19.00 in tokens.
- Tokens do not expire unless we state an expiry period at the time of purchase.
- Tokens are not transferable to another account and cannot be cashed out for money, except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Orders and delivery
When you place an order, give us accurate details for the game account the order applies to. Most orders are delivered within about 30 minutes; that is a target, not a guarantee, and some orders take longer. An order is considered delivered once the item, currency, or upgrade appears on your game account as ordered. If delivery fails or only part of an order goes through, we will re-deliver the missing part or credit your balance.
6. Delivery access to your game account
To deliver your order, our team accesses your game account directly. How we handle your login details, including encryption and when a specialist's access to them ends, is covered in our Privacy Policy.
7. Pricing, codes and promotions
Prices and promotions can change at any time. A discount code may be limited to one use per customer, may require a minimum order, may be single-use overall, or may be tied to a specific account, depending on how it was set up. We may end or change any promotion at any time.
8. Games, rewards and loyalty
Our in-site games limit the number of plays per day, and a winning coupon code can be redeemed once per customer. Our referral program caps at 50 referrals per account. Topping up your store balance unlocks free cars based on the total amount you top up, not the size of any single order: $50 or more gets you 2 free cars, $70 or more gets you 3, and $100 or more gets you 5. Loyalty tiers (Tier 1 through Tier 5) reflect your lifetime spend and are a status marker only; they carry no perks or entitlements today, and we may add, remove, or change rewards at any time.
9. Payments
We accept cryptocurrency and PayPal. We do not accept card payments directly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on an order that was already delivered is a serious violation of these terms; at our discretion, we may suspend your account and pause any pending or future deliveries while we investigate.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which explains what is refundable, how, and when.
11. Ban-safe methods, no guarantees
We design our modding methods to reduce the risk of action from the game's publisher. We cannot guarantee that any account will never be reviewed, restricted, or banned by NaturalMotion or Zynga, and we are not responsible for action the publisher takes against your account.
12. Prohibited use
- Using stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, or stolen game accounts.
- Reselling our services without our written permission.
- Scraping our site or placing automated bulk orders.
- Abusing discount codes, referral links, or game rewards.
13. Content and intellectual property
The text, graphics, and branding on this site belong to CSR2 Mods Store or our licensors. CSR Racing 2 and related marks belong to NaturalMotion. You may not copy or reuse our site content without permission.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or disable an account that violates these terms, at our discretion. If your account is suspended or terminated for a violation, any unspent token balance may be forfeited, except where the law requires us to refund it.
15. Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will let you know by email or a notice on the site before the change takes effect.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, contact support first: we resolve almost every dispute directly. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way is heard by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides accept their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section takes away consumer rights that the law of your own country grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
