Refund Policy

1. Summary in plain words

Unspent store tokens can be refunded within 7 days of the top-up that created them. Once tokens are spent and an order is delivered, that spend is final. If we fail to deliver, we will re-deliver the order or credit your tokens back.

2. Unspent store tokens

If you have store tokens you have not spent, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the top-up that created them. We process these refunds as a credit or reversal to your store balance, not as money sent back to your original payment method. If you paid by PayPal and want a refund handled a different way, our support team can review that case by case, outside the normal process.

3. Delivered orders

Once an order has been delivered to your game account, the tokens spent on it are not refundable. If an order fails to deliver, or only part of it goes through, we will re-deliver the missing part or credit the tokens back to your balance.

4. Crypto specifics

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain. When a crypto top-up is confirmed, we credit the tokens to your store balance. Any refund on that top-up is paid out as a token credit, not as crypto sent back to your wallet address.

5. PayPal specifics

PayPal top-ups go through manual review before the tokens are credited to your account. If you are requesting a refund, include your PayPal transaction ID so we can find and review the payment quickly.

6. How to request

Email support@csr2mods.com or reach us through live chat with your order number or payment ID and a short description of the issue.

7. What voids a refund

• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on an order that was already delivered.
• Your account credentials changed while delivery was in progress.
• Evidence of abuse of discount codes, referrals, or in-site game rewards.
• The order was placed using a stolen account or payment method.

8. Timelines

We review refund requests as they come in and aim to respond within 12 hours. Once approved, a token credit is applied to your account right away. A manual PayPal reversal, where we agree to one, can take longer depending on PayPal's own processing time.
