Refund Policy

Quick summary

• Unspent tokens: refundable for 7 days from top-up date.
• Tokens already spent on a delivered order: non-refundable.
• Tokens spent on an order we couldn't deliver: we refund tokens to your wallet automatically.
• SLA miss by > 24h: you may request a token refund.

1. Crypto top-ups

Crypto payments are non-reversible by nature. If your tokens have been credited (visible in your wallet), we can refund them to your wallet, but not back to your crypto address. If you want a USD refund instead, contact support — we can arrange manual reversal in exceptional cases.

2. PayPal top-ups

If you cancel before admin approval, no money has been credited — contact support to cancel. If you request a refund after credit, we'll reverse your tokens and refund the PayPal payment.

3. Order refunds

If we fail to deliver an order:

• We refund all tokens spent automatically.
• If we identify the failure within 1 hour, we'll attempt re-delivery first.
• If you provided wrong account credentials, we'll request correction before failing the order.

4. Chargebacks

A chargeback on a successfully delivered order is considered fraud. Your account will be permanently banned and any remaining tokens forfeit. We share order logs with the disputing payment processor.

5. How to request

Email support@csr2mods.com with your order number or payment ID. We respond within 12 hours.
