What is Showdown?
Showdown is a new quick-matchmaking PvP feature, which gets you in intense races in seconds with actual players around the globe. Here’s your chance to crush your rivals and own the competition!
We want to ensure that the final ShowDown feature is stable and fun. To get to that stage we have to test in the live environment of CSR2. As this is a test, please note there may be bugs but we would love to hear your feedback!
How does it work?
- Select the Showdown event on the map, pull up to the line and accept the challenge of whoever throws down.
- Quick match-making ensures you are in a race in seconds with rivals are on your level! The competition never sleeps with a Showdown in Los Derivas 24/7.
- Win the race and earn trophies! Lose the race and lose your trophies. So, take down your rivals and come out on top for unique rewards
- Overall collected trophies will get you closer to some highly desirable, unique rewards
In this Beta, you can own the streets in style! Use any Pagani and claim your opponent’s trophies after a series of half mile races.
There will also be a leaderboard based on trophy count. End up in the top 1000 and you win yourself a special edition Pagani Huayra Roadster BC! All players will be able to receive a number of awards such as keys, gold and cash.
Join us in a livestream from 17:00 - 17:30 BST (GMT+1) on 6th September for a chance to race against the dev team, see you on the streets!
