How to Unban a CSR Racing 2 Account on iOS and Android

A CSR Racing 2 ban locks you out of the parts of the game that matter most: live races, crews, leaderboards and events. This guide covers what each kind of ban means, how to ask official support for a review, and what our paid account restore service does, including its limits.

Temporary suspension or permanent ban

A temporary suspension blocks multiplayer, crews, leaderboards, chat and events for a set time. The notice in the game shows when it expires, and after that the account works normally again.

A permanent ban blocks the same features with no end date.

Zynga's help page on bans lists the usual reasons: using third-party tools, trying to get currency or items unfairly, exploiting bugs, abusive chat, and sharing account details with others. MOD APKs and mod menus count as third-party tools.

Step 1: ask official support for a review

If you think the ban is a mistake, start here. It costs nothing, and it is the only route that can lift the ban on the original account.

1. Open the official CSR 2 Help Center and contact support.
2. Give your player name, the platform you play on, and when the ban notice appeared.
3. Explain calmly why you think it was a mistake, and attach a screenshot of the notice.

Only use the official Help Center. Anyone else offering to "appeal for you" in exchange for your login is not CSR2 support.

Step 2: if the ban stays, what our restore service involves

We sell a paid Unban CSR2 Account service for players whose appeal did not work. Before you consider it, here is exactly what it involves.

• It needs access to your game account. Delivery is performed by signing in to your game account, and we arrange that with you after checkout. If you would rather not give that access, do not order. Message us first.
• It uses a new game account. During the process you create a new game account and play it to at least Rank 7, and then the modder completes the restore. The modder explains each step in chat.
• Elite progress resets. Elite progress on all your Elite cars goes back to Elite level 0, so those cars return to stock.
• It takes time. It typically takes several hours and can run into the next day.
• It is not guaranteed, and it breaks the game's terms. Sharing account access goes against Zynga's rules, and a restored account can be flagged again. We will not tell you otherwise.

How to avoid another ban

• Do not install MOD APKs or mod menus. A modified app is the clearest route to a ban.
• Do not post your login in chats or groups, and never give it to anyone offering free currency.
• If you think someone else has your login, change your password straight away.
