The January 2023 workbook gives 20 high-stakes times across the original story and three Tempe5t chapters, plus 15 time-trial targets. Tier 1–3 races are quarter mile; tiers 4–5 are half mile. Tempe5t 3 also lists speed-trap marks.

The PP ceiling changes
The Tempe5t Info sheet records five PP blocks for each tier in chapters 2 and 3. Tier 1 differs slightly between them; tiers 2–5 match in the archived sheet. Use the searchable table to check the race block you are on, then tune under its in-game cap.
PP is a cap, not a target time
Lowering PP can preserve useful EVO. Build and tune for the race you face; a single max-upgrade setup is not the answer to every restricted block.
Align licenses and lock-ins
Before placing a favorite car on an Elite License, inspect which Tempe5t tier still needs a capable car. Once a choice is committed, your remaining garage matters more than its headline dyno.

The archived tier 5 targets are 10.875 s against Larry over ½ mile (chapter 1), 10.800 s against Dana over ½ mile (chapter 2), and 8.998 s against John Harkness over ½ mile (chapter 3). Treat them as benchmarks; the live race card is the final check.

Should I use the same car for Elite Licenses and Tempe5t?
Plan licenses and lock-ins together. A car you put on an Elite License may be unavailable for the corresponding Tempe5t event, so check the in-game eligibility screen before committing a valuable build.
