CSR2 Mods Explained: Every Currency, Upgrade and Car Package We Sell
What "CSR2 mods" means here
On this store, a "mod" is a currency, upgrade material, or fully built car delivered to your own CSR Racing 2 account. It is not a modified app, a mod menu, or anything installed on your phone.
Currencies
- Cash - the everyday currency for Stage upgrades.
- Gold - the scarcer currency for faster upgrades, car purchases, and some fusion part rolls.
- Keys - used for races and fusion part draws.
- Fuel Pips - used to enter certain race formats.
Upgrade materials
- Fusion Parts - fitted into a maxed car's Engine, Turbo, Intake, NOS, Body, Tires, or Transmission slot to go past Stage 6.
- Stage 6 upgrade materials - what finishes a car's six upgrade slots before fusion parts are even relevant.
- Elite Tuner Tokens - currency for the Elite Tuner track specifically.
- Legends components - the material set tied to CSR2 Legends cars; see our Legends guide.
Tickets and packages
Event tickets buy entries into timed events without grinding the entry requirement first. Event-tied packages (seasonal bundles, Black Friday-style bundles) group currency and tickets together at a lower combined price than buying each piece separately.
Maxed cars
A maxed car arrives at Stage 6 on every slot with fusion parts fitted, the same build our Bugatti Chiron build guide walks through doing manually. Buying one skips the weeks of grinding that build describes; the finished car is the same either way.
How delivery works
Every order is applied to your existing CSR Racing 2 account rather than a new one, and nothing is installed on your device. See our Gold, Keys, and Cash pages for current packages, or browse everything.
Common questions
Does buying a mod require installing anything? No. Every order is delivered to your existing account; nothing is installed on your phone or tablet.
What's the difference between Fusion Parts and Stage 6 upgrade materials? Stage 6 materials finish a car's normal six upgrade slots. Fusion Parts are the layer above that, pushing an already Stage 6 slot further.
Can I buy currency and a maxed car in the same order? Yes, currencies, upgrade materials, tickets, and maxed cars are separate product types and can be combined in one order.
Not sure where to start? Our beginners guide covers how these currencies and upgrades fit into a normal run through the game.
