Bought a 12 season pass in April, supposedly a new season starts every 2 weeks. I got one season loaded then had to beg for weeks to get one car on the 2nd one loaded. Now it's July and I'm asking for some of the past seasons to be loaded up since I haven't got anything loaded since April sometime. No luck, we keep saying hey back and forth. I show a screen shot of my order number amd everything but they act like they are too busy to give me what I paid for. Be careful as I lost 250 dollars and got basically nothing when I bought a package.

Absolutely no communication. I've reached out through live chat immediately after purchase almost 24 hours ago. I got a generic response asking for login etc...I replied then got nothing back. I reached out on Telegram with no response. I replied to the email with no reply. Absolutely not happy with this whole process and do not recommend.
